Frank Martien assists commercial and consumer card clients in
the areas of strategy development, market research, financial
and valuation analysis, partnership marketing, and negotiation
support. Frank also advises clients on card partnerships and
a wide range of M&A activities. He joined First Annapolis
in 1996 and has previous experience at 5Star Bank and Alex.
Brown. Frank has an MBA, with honors, from Darden and a BA,
with Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude honors, from Washington
& Lee University.
