Jeffrey Poorman Joins M&A Advisory Practice at First Annapolis Consulting

Linthicum, Maryland: First Annapolis Consulting, Inc. is pleased to announce that Jeffrey Poorman has joined its M&A Advisory practice. Jeff brings over 20 years of experience leading strategic acquisition, divestiture, and partnership deals for large financial institutions.

Jeff spent most of his career in Citigroup’s Global Investment Bank and the predecessor organizations: Salomon Brothers and Smith Barney. As Managing Director of the Financial Institutions Group, he led many successful deals in the payments space, including credit card transactions valued at over $7 billion. Jeff also held executive positions at Citigroup Credit Card Services where he was responsible for the formation of card partnership programs, portfolio acquisitions, and evaluating an expansive range of financial products for domestic and international markets.

Jeff graduated with his Bachelor's Degree from Dartmouth College and earned his MBA at Columbia Business School.
