Lee Manfred manages the Payments Strategy and Innovation practice as a Partner with First Annapolis Consulting, Inc.  In this capacity Lee advises leading financial institutions, payment networks, card associations, processors, retailers, and technology providers on strategic initiatives related to deposit access products and services, including debit issuing, prepaid issuing and program management, and ATM deployment and network management.  He consults on diverse topics including payment strategy, product and new business development, mergers and acquisitions, operations benchmarking, vendor selection and negotiation, financial analysis and valuation, and pricing strategies.  Lee has advised top 5 financial institutions in the U.S. and Canada in Payment Strategy development and implementation.

Lee has over twenty five years of consulting and retail financial services experience.  He earned an MBA from the George Washington University, and a BBA from the University of Notre Dame, both with concentrations in finance.  Prior to joining First Annapolis, Lee held senior consumer lending positions and co-founded a specialized student lending company.
