Myron Schwarcz is a Principal at First Annapolis Consulting, Inc. managing its Strategic Sourcing practice and providing strategic advisory services to the firm’s Payments Strategy and Innovation clients.  Myron advises leading financial institutions, card issuers, merchant acquirers, payments processors and others on major initiatives such as new business launches, vendor selections, contract negotiations, and business strategies regarding in-sourcing or outsourcing payment processing or back-office servicing functions.

Myron has extensive payments industry consulting and strategic sourcing expertise. He has advised clients in the U.S., Canada, Ireland, Sweden, and Brazil with evaluating card brand, processing, and servicing options.  His work in the this area spans all aspects of sourcing decisions, including evaluating strategic options, developing requests for proposals, managing vendor selection processes, negotiating contractual arrangements, and providing implementation services. Myron has supported many business outsourcing evaluations related to consumer and commercial card processing, and back-office services.
